Returns ,Exchanges and Refund Policy
HEALTH REGULATIONS STIPULATE THAT SWIMWEAR THAT IS SOILED, WORN, SNAGGED, DAMAGED OR LAUNDERED IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN OTHER THAN "AS NEW" CONDITION AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. Therefore, it is important that you examine the item(s) in your order for manufacturing faults prior to usage , if you would like to return/exchange any of the unused item(s) ( that have a manufacturing fault) it needs to be done within 30 days of receiving the order, please contact us via email with photos of the fault .
We do not offer refunds , we will exchange your product if deemed to have a manufacturing fault .
The customer must pay for return shipping and the shipping costs of both the new and returned item(s).
Please email us at christine@agonswimaustralia.com.au for a return address, and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged. We do not offer returns for custom/team store items with printed/embroidered logos.
